A BTS photo of the lighting in the hallway fight scene. Two Joker 800s outside are shot up into a reflector with +1 CTO, giving that golden hour effect. Throw in some haze plus an ARRI Skypanel that's thrown on during the shot to give the impression of a wall being broken.
Getting daylight at a certain hour isn't always about a single color. Day is a mix of many colors. In this case we have the reflector with the orange gel giving the scene its sunshine warmth, while the Kino Air Max's are set to daylight to mimic the sky.
The film included many greenscreen sets that I worked on for my first time. A lot of the shoot included was a fight on a train, which meant setting up an overhead rig and DMX'ing the tubes to mimic fast moving sky.
